When you can report

You can report a deal only while it is submitted or rejected. If the deal was rejected, you must report within 24 hours of the rejection. One deal can have only one dispute, and opening one moves the deal to disputed. Either side — developer or streamer — can open the dispute.

Open a dispute

1

Report as a developer

2

Report as a streamer

Wait for review

Disputed deal awaiting admin reviewOpen the notification center → check Recent activity. The deal shows a Disputed badge. You cannot resolve it yourself — only an admin can.

How admin resolution works

Resolution is admin-only. The admin picks one outcome, and the deal status follows it: You cannot close or settle your own dispute. Open it, provide a clear reason, and wait for the admin decision. Check your upcoming streams on the Schedule page.
