# Review applications

> Read, approve, or reject developer applications to your campaign

You do all of these steps on <a href="https://pro.live2dev.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">pro.live2dev.com</a>.

    Open the application → read the **Message from the developer**, the **Game Download Link / Key**, and the **Proposed schedule**. Check the status badge (**Pending Review**, **Approved**, **Rejected**, or **Expired**) before deciding.

    Click **Accept** and confirm the scheduled start and end dates. Approving creates a scheduled deal and notifies the developer.

    Click **Reject** → optionally fill in the reason → click **Confirm Reject**. The developer gets a full escrow refund with no fee.

  <Step title="Respect the approve guards">
    You can approve only when the campaign is published, the application is still pending (not already reviewed, cancelled, or past its proposed end time), escrow is funded, and the schedule does not overlap your scheduled or submitted deals. While an application is pending, both you and the developer can propose a new time with **Reschedule** — see [Schedule and rescheduling](/schedule).
