# Campaign and deal statuses

> What each publication and delivery status means

## Publication status

Publication status controls whether a campaign is publicly visible. Only published campaigns appear on the public site.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Draft | You are still editing. Not visible publicly. |
| Published | Live on the public site. Publishing requires funding. |
| Archived | Removed from public view. Set manually, by automation, or after a refund. |
| Suspended | Taken down by admin. Not visible publicly. |

You move a campaign from draft to published by funding it. A published campaign returns to archived when you archive it manually, when automation archives it, or when it is refunded.

## Delivery status

Delivery status tracks a single deal from scheduling to payout. Follow the deal from your dashboard.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Scheduled | The deal is booked. The streamer has not submitted a video yet. |
| Submitted | The streamer submitted the live/archive link. Waiting on your review. |
| Completed | You approved the delivery, or automation completed it. Payout is released. |
| Rejected | You rejected the delivery. The streamer can revise, or the deal moves on. |
| Disputed | Someone opened a dispute. Only an admin can resolve it (see [Reports and disputes](/dispute)). |
| Failed | The deal failed. No payout. |
| Cancelled | The deal was cancelled and refunded. No payout. |

Follow the lifecycle in the UI:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Track scheduled deals">
    <img src="https://mintlify.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/live2-dev/images/general/status-campaign/track-scheduled.webp" alt="Filter active deals by day on the dashboard" />

    Open your dashboard → find the **Active Deals** card → click a day on the calendar to filter deals for that day. Click the date again to clear the filter.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review a submission">
    <img src="https://mintlify.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/live2-dev/images/general/status-campaign/review-submission.webp" alt="Approve or reject a submitted deal" />

    Open the deal to see **Deal Details**. Click **Approve & Complete** to complete it, or click **Reject**, fill in **Rejection Reason**, and click **Confirm Reject**. If you do nothing for 24 hours, a submitted deal auto-completes.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Handle a rejection">
    <img src="https://mintlify.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/live2-dev/images/general/status-campaign/handle-rejection.webp" alt="Rejected deal with a 24 hour dispute window" />

    A rejected deal shows a Rejected badge. If nobody reports it within 24 hours, it auto-cancels. To challenge it, report it in time — see [Reports and disputes](/dispute).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Follow a dispute">
    <img src="https://mintlify.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/live2-dev/images/general/status-campaign/follow-dispute.webp" alt="Disputed deal awaiting admin review" />

    A reported deal shows a Disputed badge with the note that admin is reviewing. Resolution ends it as completed, failed, or cancelled.
  </Step>
</Steps>

A scheduled deal can also go straight to cancelled with a refund.

## Game status

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Upcoming | Default. The game is announced but not playable yet. |
| Early access | Playable before full release. |
| Released | Fully released. |
| Discontinued | No longer available. |

## Dispute and application statuses

Disputes move from open to resolved when an admin decides the outcome.

Applications use approval state: pending means waiting, accepted means approved, declined means rejected. Cancelled applications are marked with a cancellation timestamp.

Check your upcoming streams on the [Schedule](/schedule) page.
