# Schedule and rescheduling

> Reschedule rules, 24-hour automation, and refund locks

## Reschedule a pending application

Both roles can reschedule while the application is pending. The new slot must start before it ends, both ends must be in the future, and the slot must not overlap your other scheduled or submitted deals. Game-campaign slots must stay within the campaign range.

    Open the notification center → click **Reschedule** on the application card.

    In the **Reschedule** dialog, check **Current Schedule**, pick a new day and time, and add a reason if asked. The end time is calculated automatically from the campaign duration.

    Click **Save Schedule** to send. The other side opens the request and clicks **Approve** or **Reject**.

## Reschedule a deal

The flow depends on the deal type.

    Open the deal to see **Deal Details** → click **Change Schedule** → pick future, non-overlapping times inside the campaign range → click **Update Schedule**.

    As the streamer, open **Deal Details** → click **Request Reschedule** → pick a new slot and send. As the developer, open **Deal Details** → click **View Reschedule Requests** → click **Approve** or **Reject**.

## 24-hour automation and locks

    A submitted deal with no review for over 24 hours auto-completes. Open your deal → click **Claim LIVV** to collect the payout. See [Claim LIV](/streamers/claim-liv).

    A rejected deal with no report for over 24 hours is auto-cancelled. Report in time from the [Reports and disputes](/dispute) guide.

    A scheduled deal refund stays locked until 24 hours after the scheduled end. A scheduled deal with no video 24 hours after schedule is auto-refunded. Open the cancelled deal in **Deal Details** → click **Refund LIV**.
