# Refund deal

> Refund deal scheduled atau cancelled — aturan refund khusus developer

Tarik kembali escrow yang tidak terpakai dari dashboard developer. Refund mengembalikan LIV ke saldomu.

    Buka gamemu di dashboard, buka halaman **Game Campaigns**, dan klik kartu campaign untuk membuka detailnya. Di bagian **Deals**, klik deal untuk membuka **Deal Details**, lalu klik **Refund LIV**. Hanya kamu (developer) yang bisa merefund deal `scheduled` atau `cancelled` milikmu. Deal `scheduled` harus sudah lewat jadwal berakhirnya plus 24 jam.
