# Reports and disputes

> How to report a deal and how admin resolution works

## When you can report

You can report a deal only while it is submitted or rejected. If the deal was rejected, you must report within 24 hours of the rejection. One deal can have only one dispute, and opening one moves the deal to disputed.

Either side — developer or streamer — can open the dispute.

## Open a dispute

    Open the deal to see **Deal Details** → click **Report suspicious activity** → fill in **Reason** → click **Submit Report**.

    Find your rejected deal card → click **Report developer** → describe what happened → click **Submit Report**. Past the 24-hour window the card says Report window expired.

    Open the notification center → check **Recent activity**. The deal shows a Disputed badge. You cannot resolve it yourself — only an admin can.

## How admin resolution works

Resolution is admin-only. The admin picks one outcome, and the deal status follows it:

| Outcome | Deal becomes | Effect |
| - | - | - |
| Payout to streamer | Completed | Payout goes to the streamer. |
| Refund to developer | Failed | Funds return to the developer. |
| Split payout | Failed | Split payout: both amounts together must not exceed the funded net. |
| Void deal | Cancelled | Deal is voided with no payout. |

You cannot close or settle your own dispute. Open it, provide a clear reason, and wait for the admin decision. Check your upcoming streams on the [Schedule](/schedule) page.
